Felt Roofing
Felt roofing provides durable, weatherproof solutions for flat roofs using multi-layer bituminous materials. Ideal for domestic and commercial properties, our installations include 10-year warranties and IKO product guarantees. The system prevents leaks while offering cost-effective protection against Cornwall's climate.
Mastic Asphalt Roofs
Polymer-modified mastic asphalt creates seamless, waterproof surfaces for roofs, balconies, and walkways. Our installations last up to 50 years, combining durability with temperature stability. This material suits sloped and flat surfaces, integrating seamlessly with lighting and pipework.
Single Ply Roofing
Single ply membrane offers lightweight, flexible roofing with exceptional weather resistance. We install IKO Armour Plan systems that reduce energy costs and provide 30-year lifespans. The material adapts to sloped or flat roofs, with easy repair and low-maintenance benefits.
Roof Sealing
Liquid coatings create watertight seals for concrete, metal, and felt roofs. Our SIG-approved solutions adhere to seams and joints, preventing water ingress. Ideal for minor repairs or as an alternative to full replacements, this service extends roof longevity.
Fibreglass Roofs
Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) roofs combine strength with weather resistance, lasting up to 20 years. Suitable for all property types, our installations include repairs and replacements. The material's versatility ensures durability against Cornwall's unpredictable weather conditions.
