I had a hot tub breakdown, so I contacted Panache. The same day, an engineer came and fixed it - he had the correct replacement part with him. Outstanding service, the hot tub is as good as new

Excellent throughout. Jon at the store was knowledgeable and helpful, he kept us up to date re delivery and installation etc. Pete and James were friendly and efficient, installing our hot tub without any fuss. They explained everything we wanted to know and we were left feeling confident that we'd made the right choice.

Weve had our pool since September 2020 and its quite honestly one of the best things we've ever bought. Every aspect of the Panache service is excellent, the sales, the building and installation and the aftercare. Nothing is ever a problem and it was such a lovely surprise to get chocolates and a bottle for Christmas too. Great company.
