Lighting Installation
Our lighting services cover interior and exterior installations for residential and commercial properties. We offer LED upgrades, smart lighting integration, and security-focused designs. Each project includes custom planning, quality fixture installation, and final testing to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Testing & Inspection
We conduct comprehensive electrical installation condition reports (EICR) and periodic inspections. Our services identify potential hazards, verify compliance with safety standards, and provide detailed certification. This includes testing circuits, checking earthing systems, and issuing official documentation for landlords and property owners.
Landlord Certificates
We provide legally required electrical safety certificates for rental properties. Our process involves full system inspections, hazard identification, and compliance verification. We issue official documentation confirming electrical safety, helping landlords meet legal obligations and maintain tenant safety.
Fuse Board Upgrades
We upgrade outdated fuse boards to modern, safer systems. This includes replacing old wiring components, installing RCD protection, and ensuring capacity meets current demands. Upgrades improve electrical safety, reduce fire risks, and bring systems in line with modern safety regulations.
