Absolutely 5 star service. Ordered flooring and was delivered on the day id asked for. Once we'd installed the new flooring, we had a pack left over so i contacted the company and they arranged for it to be collected from my house and i received a refund within 2 days. Outstanding service and i would highly recommend this company.

A very helpful and professional team at the Flooring Hut, I would definitely recommend them. They have a great range of flooring to choose from, for all budgets. Unlike lots of suppliers they order stock in fresh so it's not been sitting about in the warehouse for months.
They responded to my query quickly and the order came in ahead of time. They kindly let me keep my order in their warehouse for a few days until my fitter could collect.

astonishingly good customer experience. My fitter had ordered a herringbone floor from his supplier and turned up at the warehouse to discover it had been supplied as plank. These guys not only had what I needed in stock but pulled out all the stops to have it waiting at the warehouse so I could send a courier down the following morning in order to fit it the next day. They were totally on it, ensuring I had a number for the warehouse etc just in case anyone wasn't expecting the courier. Brilliant.

Bought 2 cuts of the same vinyl for hall and dining room. Couldnt find the vinyl we already had down in our kitchen as it had been discontinued. These guys had it. Looks exactly the same, even though its probably a different batch. Price was fair. Delivery free, as it was over 249. 1 cut arrived within 1-7 days. The other however was 2 days short of 6 weeks. I didnt actually notice at the time of the first cut being delivered, I assumed both cuts were in 1 roll. Got it in the end. Thats the only reason they got 4 rather than 5 out of 5 stars. I didnt chase it up, as I did plan to have it fitted until the day after the 2nd cut arrived, and I hadnt noticed prior to the 2nd cut arriving. Just lucky it came the day before the fitters.

I was completely thrilled with the service I received from Jack at the flooring hut. I placed an order on 22nd January thinking it probably wouldnt be possible to have it delivered as soon as I wanted it (Friday the 26th) other companies had a 3 week lead time AND huge delivery charges.
The next day I realised I had forgotten to order an integral part. I emailed Jack. I was sure it would have been too late as Id already had the ready for despatched notification. Jack came straight back to say no problem and even have me advice on which option would look best.
I received all the items, securely packed on Friday, exactly as Jack said.
It was such a smooth and efficient transaction, Im actually very pleasantly surprised.

The flooring grade plywood I ordered was extremely good quality, much better than I was expecting considering the price. After ordering I had to make some changes to my order and the person I spoke to on the telephone was extremely helpful and rearranged my order without any issues. Will definitely deal with them again.

Pricing was on point, the ordering process and subsequent communications was 100%.
There was a problem on delivery day when the driver came with completely the wrong flooring, but one phone call sorted the issue out and the correct flooring promptly re-delivered the following morning - just a simple loading error at the distributors.
Mistakes do happen unfortunately and what counts is what is done to sort them out and on that score, I cannot fault Flooring Hut 👍

The guys at Flooring Hut did a wonderful job replacing my shabby old mix of carpet and laminate with gorgeous LVT. Very professional and friendly from my initial consultation through to the job being finished. The work was completed in good time, finished early in fact, and I was impressed by how quickly I was scheduled in given current demand. Ordered quite easily, chat facility was very helpful in helping with glue required. Polyflor arctic slate.
Flooring was reasonably priced, delivered on time and looks fab. I had a full box left over which I returned for a refund. Only disappointing aspect was I had to pay for and organise the return courier (£10+) but as the box was worth over £50 it was worth it. I’m sure a company like Flooring Hut could have arrangements with a courier service to offer cheaper deals to facilitate returns.

I bought Karndean gluedown tiles for my kitchen and bathroom from Flooring Hut. I was given good advice over the phone for the number of tiles and strips needed, the price was some 20% cheaper than the best price I could get elsewhere. Delivery was in the time frame specified and the delivery driver was really helpful in ensuring that the heavy boxes of tiles went where I wanted them. Definitely a 5-star experience!
