Installation was faultless. The workmanship was beyond a gold star. Absolutely a job well done. The two fitters are a credit to the firm. Everywhere was spotless. No marks anywhere. We cannot thank them enough. We found Luke to be very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our conversations with him. Will whole heartedly recommend to anyone who are interested in having new PVC windows. Thank you again.

Our windows were fitted last March by L&O having been recommended to us. Luke was knowledgeable and professional at the first appointment. Shaun and Olly fitted the windows and did an absolutely first class job. Excellent fitters and Professional, friendly and kind to boot. Also cleared up well afterwards which was appreciated with 2 little ones at home at the time. Thank you all so much. A year on and still so very happy with new windows and door. Good products BUT at the moment we are waiting on an additional window which seems to be taking time to produce a quote from early September and numerous phone calls since that date. I suppose the order is TOO small but we have spent s with them over the last 4years.

Very poor service and installation. Badly fitted, not square, obscure glazing units assembled out of true (patterned glass and Georgian bars not aligned). too many Georgian bars in some windows, a number of units not foamed.
Gave Luke plenty of opportunity to correct these issues, but I guess he couldnt be bothered.

Very helpful without a "hard sell". Really pleased with the windows, we had both sash and casement, and the fitters were polite, efficient and friendly. The fitters cleaned up really well after themselves.
