Dan has been an amazing help to us for our extension in Frome. We've found him to be highly amenable, skilled and accessible. These skills and many others helped us through two tricky Party Wall agreements.
Dan also completed all of our building regs drawings. As well as being extremely skilled, we have found Dan to be friendly and excellent value for money. Can't recommend him highly enough for architecture, technical drawings and party wall fun!

We asked dan to deal with our third party wall as we knew nothing about this and lived in a semi detached.Dan responded really quickly and chatted it over with our neighbours in a knowledgeable and personable manner. In a very short time he had taken photographs of our work going on plus the next door neighbours rooms next to the party wall. Both we and our neighbours were happy that no risk. The cost was very competitive. We would recommend Dan.

Dan helped us to transform a single skin cold lean to kitchen into a warm inviting and very well used kitchen and wet room, he completely understood our remit and created the plans to exactly how I imagined our new space to look. He supported us through the difficulties of being a terrace house and the party wall legislation and guided us through the planning application. Our new building has transformed the way we use the whole of the downstairs space and has opened up our garden.
