Can only praise The staff and delivery team at Tides. Dealt with Martin and his team for years, just took delivery of multiple pieces of furniture as always reasonably priced and great quality. I personally would not go anywhere else.

Quite possible THE worst company to deal with when it comes to after sales service and faulty items. Myself and my partner bought 2 tables from them, collected from store and both were faulty/ damaged. One had scratched glass and a completely wonky leg. The second looked like it had been welded together in the dark.
Sent photographs to Tides, and it has taken a month to get these refunded. I originally asked for them to be replaced, as I love the design of the tables, and they seem to be the only retailer that sells them. This was refused on the grounds of the item being out of stock, even
