Critical:Professionalism
Bullied my mum, poor customer service on run up to removals, broke umpteen items, such as freezers, and wheels also missing from furniture. Our neighbour actually witnessed them *throwing* items into the van! Found to be quite rude. Please don't waste your money.

William and his team handled my elderly mum's major move from Lanarkshire to Christchurch, Dorset. They were simply brilliant from start to finish. Always returned calls promptly and were very helpful. Made a stressful move much easier. Nothing too much trouble despite traffic delays. Thank you!
