We recently paid £2000 to have a wooden floor fit in a room about 5×4. The fitters took a day and a half to fit it due to nipping out and late starts. We had some issues with the floor and when someone finally came out they were very rude and spoke to us as if we were children. It was clear that they we're not interested and when we pointed out a gap in the wood he said it was an "optical illusion" .we pointed out that the skirting board had suddenly popped away from the wall so he got a crow bar and pulled it off damaging the wall. His attitude was appalling and I felt abused in my own home

Absolutely a lovely company from the sales to the work men.
My only concern with the quote which was a rush job and he did not recognise certain cavities in my floor. Which I do not believe when my grandson had problems crawling over the cavities, which left me with a heavy extra bill on top on the original.

Executive flooring are the very besy people to do flooring i have had a couple of floors put down, but this comlany is by far the best. Everything was done so professionally, even to the smallest detail. The guys that put my floor down were so lovely , friendly and made it a pleasure to have them in my home.
