Ive tried on two separate occasions over the years to get them out to come and quote. They either dont answer the phone or when they do they take your details and never get back to you. Ive tried 5 times of calling to no avail. Very rude on the phone. My neighbour actually managed to get them out to quote and was 200 dearer for a small area of flooring. Company is a joke!
