I dont write reviews very often, but in this case I thought its fully justified. Kingsley and his team have made a dream into a reality with his fantastic foresight and knowledge. I cant thank them enough, along with the planning, hes been supportive the whole way even down to recommending the builders that Im now currently using. He has since worked on a commercial property I had, they were quick to come up with a fantastic design of a three storey block of flats incorporating 5 x 2 beds. I felt the council wouldnt approve three storeys, however Kingsley reassured me, and it was approved unanimously by committee. I shouldnt of questioned his knowledge. Thank you

These guys are so professional and experienced in all kinds of aspects of design, planning and drawings. I have known Kingsley for some years and have full respect and trust in anything they do. I recently engaged them to create a new kitchen extension and a partial garage conversation to a walk in shower room, a transformation to our space and added property value.

I have been delighted with the service and found the team extremely professional and helpful at all times. I have never had experience in doing an extension before and Designscape put my mind at ease, advising me throughout. The drawings were on point with what I envisaged and they kept me in the loop consistently with the planning permission process. Any questions I had (at any time day or night!) were responded to promptly and everything explained to me. Without doubt, I would definitely recommend using Designscape Consultancy Ltd.

Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs. Didn't listen, didn't look around the house. Provided drawings which were completely off from the brief. So off he converted the garage into a playroom when it was supposed to be a utility room and shower room! Quote was extremely vague, gave a "rough price" for the construction which was out by tens of thousands. The design aspect was terrible, put a toilet in the middle of the dining room! Steer clear. It would be cheaper and easier to buy a computer and teach yourself CAD!

Kingsley was recommended to me by a friend. So glad he was, exceptional from start to finish and at times went out of his way to help.Through the build to the end. The drawings were great and exactly what we was looking for. I will be passing his details on to my friends and family. Thanks for a great service
