Dave was and is an absolute godsend! My toilet wudnt stop flushing plus a leak. I had a policy with Homeserve who I contacted on
1st December 2021. After 8 visits from them I was left without a cistern and no flushing loo. I made a complaint to Homeserve and said I could not have their plumbers back as none of them were fit for purpose. Plus they didn't cap off a flexi pipe, hence the leak which was coming through my living room ceiling and light fittings.
Homeserve told me to get my own plumber and they would reimburse me. A friend of mine recommended Dave. I called him this afternoon, we

This was the first time I had used this company after receiving a recommendation. I called at 5pm one evening to ask for a non-urgent call out to fix my toilet and shower. Dave came round the next morning and fixed both immediately! Amazing service and I would definitely recommend.

Dave came out to investigate a bad smell from a toilet. He took the time to talk through the potential causes, and then made multiple visits to rule them out one by one. He found the problem, advised on how to resolve it with recommendations for local companies who could help, came back again to refit and test everything afterwards, and charged a VERY reasonable rate for his time.
