Critical:Professionalism
Had a member of the team come to visit in March confirming that we would have a quote within 6 days. It nearly 6 weeks and we're still waiting for the quote. We've been in contact with Helyers regularly and were constantly told the quote would be on the way and now we're are being ignored. Really disappointed.

We have been extremely happy with all aspects of the design and construction of our steps, patio (with drainage slots) and raised bed. It was quite a constricted area to work in but the end result is great. We are looking forward to next spring when phase 2 of the Helyers design can be constructed.
