Initial consultation, design and planning of Kitchen refit and single story extension providing additional dining area and utility room. Laurane was extremely helpful in offering alternative options and ultimately a better project. Laurane arranged for the plans to be drawn up and approved and later arranged the building regulation drawings and approvals. Laurane knows a lot of contacts covering asbestos testing and rectification, local building inspector, structural engineer and was able to offer a range of builders for which she obtained quotes and subsequently produced the scope of works and
