We were very fortunate to have Barry survey a property we were in the process of purchasing. He's timely advice saved us from making an expensive mistake. Some of the findings in the report were in our "blind spot" and were ignorant of it's implications. Barry explained the pros and cons which lead us to reevaluate. This has helped us to look at the next purchase objectively not just emotionally.
