Extensions
We transform homes through carefully planned extensions that maximise space and enhance property value. Our chartered architects combine creative design with technical expertise to create functional, aesthetically pleasing additions. From initial concept to building control compliance, we ensure seamless integration with existing structures while meeting all regulatory requirements.
Commercial New Builds
Our commercial architecture covers diverse sectors including education and industrial developments up to multimillion-pound value. We deliver technically complex projects with sophisticated design elements that reflect brand identity. Our services include feasibility studies, cost estimation, and coordination of technical specifications for large-scale developments.
3D Visualisations
Photorealistic 3D visualisations help clients and planners understand proposed developments before construction begins. We create detailed digital models that support planning applications and facilitate stakeholder communication. This technology also assists with product and sculpture visualisation beyond architectural projects.
LiDAR Scanning
Our nationwide LiDAR scanning services capture precise building data using laser technology. This creates millimetre-accurate point cloud models for refurbishments, heritage projects, and demolition planning. We convert raw data into BIM-ready files and 2D/3D plans that improve design coordination and project efficiency.
Principal Designer Services
As APS-qualified Principal Designers, we manage health and safety compliance for complex projects. Our services include coordinating risk assessments, preparing CDM documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the design and construction phases. This critical role ensures safe project delivery while maintaining design integrity.

After getting let down by our original architect Gavin came to the rescue.
Going through idea's our original architect didn't mention and got us plans drawn within a week. It's been a pleasure to deal with Gavin and he couldn't have been more helpful, always on hand to advise or answer questions. We now have 3 happy children with a room each

I contacted Gavin to get plans drawn up for a single storey extension to our kitchen. I found him to be fantastic to work with, he was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable which put us at ease from start to finish. Once the plans were finalised Gav supplied a few builder recommendations, one of which we used which again made the process simple and allowed us to find a builder that had a reliable recommendation from someone we trusted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gav to anyone who is looking for an architect to work on their project.
