If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
Their customer service is appalling. I wanted to order something via next day delivery. It is possible to order via next day delivery online, however my colleague mentioned that she had called them and was told next day delivery is not available.
I called to clarify and was told priority shipping wasn't available. I explained that it's still possible to order online. The lady said "like I already told you, priority shipping is not available". I asked what would happen if I ordered with next day delivery, she said "I wouldn't know". I then asked
