This may be done either via email with photos or with a home visit with social distancing. Our industry has seen an unprecedented demand post lockdown, causing longer lead times on product etc, but we are able to design and give advice within our normal timescales.
For existing customers we are monitoring the manufacturing by our suppliers and chasing updates on when we can obtain product that is currently in manufacture. The post lockdown era has created a few challenges with lead times, availability of product, and in some cases supply chains going into administration.
This affects our whole industry and does not differentiate our service potential detrimentally when compared to anyone else. We will keep you posted with updates as we receive them. Meanwhile, we wish all of our customers a safe and healthy period while this difficult time continues.
