Electrical Safety Certificates
Electrical Safety Certificates ensure compliance with UK regulations by inspecting wiring, circuits, and installations for hazards. Required for landlords every five years, these certificates protect tenants and property. Our NICEIC-approved team provides detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Portable Appliance Testing
Portable Appliance Testing checks electrical appliances for safety in homes, offices, and rental properties. We test items like kettles, computers, and industrial equipment, labelling each with pass/fail results. Regular testing reduces fire and shock risks while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Fire Alarm Installation
Fire Alarm Installation services protect lives and property with early smoke detection. We design, install, and maintain systems compliant with Birmingham regulations. Regular servicing ensures reliability, offering peace of mind for businesses and landlords.
Emergency Lighting Systems
Emergency Lighting Systems illuminate escape routes during power failures, ensuring safe evacuation. We install and maintain systems meeting British Standards, critical for commercial premises. Regular testing guarantees functionality during emergencies.

Rang up to ask for a quote for some electrical work and the man who answered was very rude, an unfriendly manner and I got a what do you want. Decided to hang up and find a professional and friendly electrician instead!

Ive used Q Khan electrical for a number of years for minor works and a full house rewire. The quality of work is excellent. Everything from alignment to awareness of regulations. Would continue to use again where required.

Poor quality of work, left mess behind as they don't clean up after themselves and would definitely not recommend.
