I would give zero stars if I could. Botched job installing alarm and CCTV. Sent a drunk technician to install. 18 months later still won't address issues.

Rang these people on 3 occasions asking for a quote to have a new front door installed. Despite several promises that someone would be in touch to arrange a site visit heard nothing. Clearly don't need the business! AVOID

Appalling customer service. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude and clearly did not want to help. We eventually got the part we hoped would fit, and luckily it does as we were bluntly told we couldn't return it if it wasn't suitable. Will not be coming back here again!
