Services
Commercial Window Cleaning
Our commercial window cleaning ensures pristine glass surfaces using hot pure water and reach-and-wash systems, eliminating the need for ladders. Services cater to high-rise buildings and ground-level properties, with techniques that prevent water damage and enhance business aesthetics. Clients include NHS hospitals and universities.
High Level Cleaning
Specialising in hard-to-reach areas, our IPAF and IRATA-certified teams use cradles, rope access, and mobile platforms. This service maintains building exteriors up to 70ft high, combining safety protocols with precision cleaning for cladding, roofs, and gutters.
Cladding Cleaning
We restore building facades using eco-friendly chemicals and telescopic poles, ensuring no surface damage. Our self-contained vehicles and hot water systems efficiently clean stainless steel, aluminium, and composite cladding for commercial properties like Resorts World NEC.
Pressure Washing
High-pressure jet washing removes grime, moss, and stains from driveways, patios, and industrial floors. Using Whirlaway systems and low-pressure alternatives, we balance effectiveness with environmental safety for domestic and commercial clients.
Gutters and Gullies
Our SkyVac gutter cleaning system clears blockages up to 40ft high, preventing structural damage. Combined with manual snagging and camera inspections, this service ensures efficient drainage for warehouses, schools, and healthcare facilities.

I contacted art cleaning for an after build clean. Was quoted a price of 350 for a 4 bed property. On the day, when it came to checking the work I found numerous things that had been missed by the ladies so they were more than happy to go over them. However as I spotted more things that needed going over I felt uncomfortable to keep mentioning it as I could tell they clearly wanted to go. When I questioned why my kitchen cupboards had not been done they said they were only advised to do a sparkle clean which did not consist of doing inside cupboards but would do it as a favour. I insisted I had

We had been having problems with our previous contractor so decided to cut ties and try a different firm. Art Cleaning have been a god send and for the last two years we have seen cleaning standards improve dramatically. The team are friendly and polite and any issues that have arisen were resolved quickly and professionally. Great service, value for money and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
