La Maison Interiors is a family run business and we have been in the Furniture trade for over 20 years. We have a huge range of furniture, lighting and accessories, from French Shabby Chic, Traditional, Modern Contemporary to Urban Chic and Industrial. In addition to our online shop we have a showroom at Cannon Park, Middlesbrough which is open Tuesday to Saturday.

Ordered a painting off this website for £80. No email notification, noone picks up the phone, no response to website contact. Eventually a message must got through as they refunded my order about 4 weeks later. Great way to run a business...

Ordered a painting a month ago, zero communication, zero acknowledgement that I even placed the order. Emailed multiple times, zero reply, phoned multiple times, zero answer, I even reached out on social media and guess what... Zero reply.. a lady finally text me 3 weeks in saying she will ship my order Tuesday or wednesday. Wednesday afternoon, item not shipped, I text her and she told me she's not going into work today so will ship Thursday OH THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! Thursday came, item STILL not shipped and now we are back to zero communication .... Save your time and effort! Shocking company

Dont reply to any emails, calls or instagram messages, overall disappointing when the shop and the lady in the shop was nice but been trying to get in contact about a exchange for months now.

Very helpful staff and excellent service. My order came into stock within one working day and delivery was arranged at a time that was convenient to me. A completely hassle free purchase of some lovely items. Would definitely recommend.

Love this store! Suzanne worked diligently to make my purchase happen and then shipped it out immediately so I could receive it just within my timeline. I added some shutters to complete the look. It's definitely a show-stopper in this room! Thank you, Suzanne! You're the best!

Really disappointed to have received a parcel which we discovered later to be damaged inside the box. Unfortunately as they have a strict 24 hour policy for notifying them of any damage we now have a picture large frame with broken glass. The box is that big that it could not be lifted out by my wife on her own. We did not have chance to look at it for 1 week, the La Maison's strict 24 hour policy will mean that we would in future purchase from a retailer with a more sensible approach to the matter. The box was not damaged so we had no reason to suspect that there were any issues. It was also not
