We enjoyed first class service from Brycelands in our move into rented accommodation. They were courteous, flexible and friendly. Terry and his teams did a great job. We moved an exceptionally large quantity of belongings which they expertly packed and there was not a single breakage. All in all we can highly recommend Brycelands.

Faultless service on the day. Our removals team was punctual, friendly, professional and packed up our furniture in no time. Because of issues in our chain we had to rearrange our moving dates several times at the last minute and this wasn't a problem. Only slight gripe was that pre-move correspondence could have been better, had to chase for an email confirmation

Asked them to quote for two house moves into one. Surveyor was meant to come yesterday to see both houses so he could quote. No one turned up to say they were running late or anything. Phoned them up to find out what has happened and got brushed off with "we will phone you back" followed that up with an email to the person who made the appointment. No response and no apology. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else that cares about customer service. If they can't turn up for the survey appointment would you want to risk them not turning up on the day of your move ?
