We moved from Hornchurch to Rayleigh on March 1st 2021. Bennetts provided and very competitive quote and provided a 1st class service. John and his team turned up 20 mins early and worked tirelessly. When we arrived at Rayleigh we were fortunate that Bennetts had another team available to help and we were completed in just under 2 hours. I cannot speak more highly of there service and problem solving without any fuss.

After recieving a quote from Bennett & Son we had put them on our shortlist of removal companies to use. Howerver after reading Hayleys comment and Bennetts unprofessional and rude reply I was incenced enough to change my mind. Any company that asks if someone has nothing better to do than give feedback, cannot be worried that other people will be put off by this reaction and that would worry me using a service that deals with negative feedback in this way.

I was referred by a family member to use this company for removals. I spoke to Fred the boss on the phone and he made an appointment to speak to us in person and give us a quote. He explained the process and answered mine and my fiancee's questions and instantly put us at ease with what the process was going to be and timings. We sat and chatted for ages and he really took away a lot of the stress and the pressure of moving especially for my fiancee as her last experience of moving was horrendous. On the day of the move itself Fred and his team worked quickly and efficiently and were all great
