Rang for a quote, when they didn't turn up I rang the office to be told the engineer had a puncture and couldn't come and it would be tomorrow, I explained tomorrow wasn't suitable, so another engineer called, this must be at least 2 weeks ago, I have rang the office on numerous accasions to get the quote but they won't send one, all I can think is they don't want the work, very poor service, I won't be calling them again

Hired for fixing central heating. They quoted for power flush, which the plumber said wasnt necessary when they arrived. Timeline:
Callout on 9 November for initial fault find
Engineer attendance on 18 November ~ 1 hour to add inhibitor
Engineer attendance on 1 December ~ 5 hours
They, eventually(!) fixed the central heating system with cleaner, drain down & inhibitor and some new pipe. Wasnt quoted for any of this work. Afterward they charged 544.80 for this:
Materials - 50+ Vat
Callout= 50+Vat
Travel Time (visits 2 &3) = 50+ Vat
Labour = 304+ Vat
Total = 454

They have done numerous jobs for us, one instance was when our boiler started acting funny, fitter said we needed a new timer(you trust the professional), turns out it just needed resetting. Damaged our shower tray, all in all extortionate prices for jobs. Find a better plumber!

Very professional - Very pleased, got our boiler serviced, booked it in a few weeks prior (via email) and plumber turned up on time, was very polite & professional. As a lazy office worker I was pleasantly surprised with the service & price. Highly recommend.
