Lewis is a polite and genuine service provider. He kept me up to date and informed along the way, letting me know hed be late and asking if that meant we should reschedule to another day - all interactions were timely. Unfortunately on his first visit, his kit was minus one important part which had broken. Whilst he cleared the guttering by hand after he left I felt dissatisfied as there were parts of my guttering which would not have been reached with ladder alone. Having been a little hesitant in sharing how I felt, once Id told Lewis he arranged to come back with all his toolkit
