The double glazed glass units can 'breakdown' and allow moisture in between the two glass panes, causing a misting or fogging up of the window. The multi-point door locking mechanisms can wear out and the door won't lock easily and securely. Doors can drop and catch against the frame due to a distortion in the door or worn hinges.
