I have never left a bad review before but having recently had windows fitted by The Joinery Shop I feel the need to warn others. I found the whole experience stressful and unprofessional. It seems the owner has no regard for the customer and here is why:
1. I had to continually chase for confirmation of start date on weekly basis. The start date was moved with virtually no notice on several occasions.
2. The job of replacing windows, which should be done a room at a time, took over the whole house causing absolute chaos for 2 weeks because the boxes were not all ready and were delivered in dribs
