Had 3 jobs done over the last 15 years, from french windows, replacement windows and recently a solid roof with new glazing on an existing conservatory. On each job we have had the same skilled workmen who do a very good job.l would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolute shocking service. I have emailed them every day and called left messages to replace a shattered window only to get 1 email telling me it will cost me to replace it when its under guarantee!!! Avoid this company at all costs !!! The lady is correct 1 star is too much !

I have been ringing sending emails for over 3mths and still no body gets back to me about my conservatory roof. anybody knows were i go from here, who do i go to to complain about this company. one star is too much to give them.

Our parents had their double glazing here years ago. Recently decided to find out where the draughts were coming from. We took wooden/upvc strip off and 4 inch gap wide all around the windows. No filler. No draughtproofing or weatherproofing. We could see the light coming. The nails never reached the walls to secure. Large gaps on all doors. Sills glued in 2 small drops, therefore air coning in under the upvc internal sills.
CANT STRESS ENOUGH. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.

Massively unhappy
I had my windows fitted and reported a problem that they have a gap showing this has never been resolved despite calling everyday, I have been advised someone will call me back however I have never received this. absolutely shocking!!
