Very disappointing experience overall and I would strongly advise others to proceed carefully. I originally contacted this company regarding a washing machine waste water issue where the discharge was backing up into the kitchen sink. A blockage was quickly removed and the sink itself started draining again, however the underlying issue was clearly never properly investigated. Within a matter of weeks, the exact same issue returned.

The washing machine waste water was once again backing up into the sink despite extremely minimal use during that period. The washing machine itself had barely been used at all, and the sink had only seen light day-to-day use. What I find difficult to accept is the implication that this somehow became fully blocked again naturally in such a short space of time. We are not talking about years of misuse or heavy abuse of the drainage system.

We are talking about the same severe symptom returning almost immediately after the original visit. What frustrated me most was the response when I raised this. Rather than any meaningful reassessment, discussion, or goodwill gesture given how quickly the issue returned, the response was essentially that it was not under warranty and another full call-out fee would apply before even looking at the issue again.

I have absolutely no problem paying for proper workmanship, diagnostics and genuine resolution of a problem. What I object to is paying for what now appears to have been a temporary surface-level fix while the underlying issue remained unresolved.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend ensuring a full diagnostic investigation is carried out rather than assuming the first visible blockage is the only problem.
