Wood Floor Sanding
Our precision sanding removes surface imperfections and old finishes, restoring floors to their original condition. Using German-engineered Lgler machines, we achieve ultra-smooth surfaces ready for staining or sealing. This process extends floor lifespan by eliminating scratches and wear patterns while preserving timber integrity. Commercial clients benefit from out-of-hours work to avoid operational disruption.
Parquet Floor Restoration
Specialist restoration for herringbone and parquet designs involves careful sanding and gap filling without damaging intricate patterns. We use reclaimed wood slivers to maintain authentic aesthetics while improving insulation and reducing drafts. This technique preserves historical flooring in heritage buildings like the Tower of London.
Bona Resilient Flooring
This eco-friendly solution revitalises linoleum, PVC, and LVT floors through deep cleaning and protective sealing. The process enhances durability for high-traffic areas while maintaining original appearance, avoiding full replacement costs. Ideal for commercial spaces requiring minimal downtime during maintenance.
Wood Floor Staining
Custom staining transforms floor aesthetics using Bona 2k oil and Osmo tints. Our technicians apply test samples on-site to ensure perfect colour match with your interior scheme. Staining both refreshes tired floors and provides protective barriers against daily wear while highlighting natural wood grain patterns.
Commercial Maintenance Contracts
Scheduled maintenance plans include deep cleaning, recoating, and damage prevention for businesses. We assess floor condition and foot traffic to create tailored schedules, typically every 12-18 months for most commercial spaces. This proactive approach maintains professional appearances while extending floor lifespan significantly.
