Have instructed Lccl Construction to undertake construction of loft conversion to our terraced period property in North London. Found everyone to be professional and understanding of our needs, at first communicating with lccl was easy and efficient quote was issued the same day of contact, we went with Lccl Construction due to their experience, high reputation and knowledge of area, the cost was competitive considering amount of work required to build a loft conversion and the elements for it. Found them helpful throughout and loft conversion is completed with high quality. Highly recommend Lccl

Alexander and his architect and structural engineer produced the drawings for our extension and got them through planning efficiently, dealing with some drainage modifications required by the planners very quickly. They're also sorting out a party wall agreement for us on one side. Alexander has been very helpful and accommodating of our budget needs - now looking forward to getting on with the build!

We have used Lccl in the past for our rear extension and have come back to instruct Lccl for our loft conversion too. Lccl Construction has designed and built two storey side extension and loft conversion in East Finchley, North London. I have had 3 quotes and the quote from Lccl Construction was most realistic, I trusted their quote as they have many reviews and great portfolio of completed projects. Their architects have really listed to our needs and requirements and have all the drawings approved by local planning authority. The construction process with Lccl Construction was smooth they was always there working on site, had excellent communication at all times, they planned everything so we knew when to expect
