Glenrothes Locksmiths was established in 1988 as a family firm. Consisting of James Mallinson Jnr Master Locksmith and James Mallinson Snr Electrical and Mechanical Engineer. The business operates from two workshop units in Cadham, Glenrothes and also a mobile workshhop providing a complete Locksmith service to both domestic and commercial customers and stocks a comprehensive range of locks, safes and keys covering the whole of the Fife area.

Glenrothes Locksmiths are members of the Master Locksmiths Association and cover all your locking and key cutting needs. We have extensive stocks of locks, padlocks, safes, security devices, specialist locks and ancillary products. Key cutting of most keys including code keys, house, cabinet, vehicle, transponder, security and restricted sections.
Here at our workshop we specialize in all aspects of locksmithing. To start off with we have invested a lot of time and money in the latest key cutting machines which read the keys by laser and cut them with great precision. Keys can be cut by code if there has been keys lost and the key code is known, or in the case of older locks they can be cut by hand.

We lost the keys to our patio doors, so needed the help of a locksmith. Said locksmith duly arrived bang on time, replaced the lock quickly & efficiently, and even sorted a minor door alignment issue he'd noticed. Cost was right on target with his original estimate. You can't get better service than that!
