Brilliant service. Zoe was very efficient in answering my enquiry and providing a quote for a Level 3 survey. Warren carried out the survey and the report was very thorough. He called me immediately after the survey and took the time to explain every item, answering all my questions. They might be a bit more expensive, but the higher price is reflected in the quality of the work carried out and experience of the Surveyor doing it.

Both Zoe and Warren are amazing, their help and advice is invaluable. From the first call, Zoe is one of the most helpful people I have had the pleasure of dealing with, nothing is too much trouble and she has a lovely way of making you feel so looked after and Warrens expertise and knowledge Is worth his weight in gold, which saved us from making what would have been a very costly mistake, I cannot say enough how fortunate we are to have come across them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I am very glad I used Midland Property Surveys. It did cross my mind not to get a survey as the house I was buying had been refurbished and looked in 'move in' condition. I decided to get a survey to be safe however, and commissioned Midland Property Surveys based on the excellent reviews and initial helpful phone call with Zoe. I am glad I did so. When Warren surveyed the house he found a range of potentially expensive issues including problems with the roof, floor, render, windows and several other matters.
