Please forward a big thank you to the gentlemen who came to my mothers flat and cleaned her carpets. This is our first experience of this service and if Im honest, I thought there wouldnt be much change in the way the carpet looked pre and post cleaning but we both were impressed with the result. The carpet looks like new.

THE CLEEN COMPANY is the worst company I have ever dealt with - not sure how their business is still running. We have been trying to get a cleaner in since September, on 4 occasions we have booked someone only for them never to pitch up. The last straw was Wednesday this week, after being promised a cleaner at 8o'clock, taking the day off work and having another no show, calling the office all day, eventually speaking to the manager(who is the most incompetent person I have ever spoken to) at 16:00 and he has the cheek to accuse me of leaving the house so the cleaner couldn't get in.
