We had a full house of plantation shutters and five Luxaflex blinds fitted in our new property. From survey to fitting we received great customer service. Many thanks to all the staff at Osbourne blinds. Happy new year to all!

What a waste of time!.Customer service deserves no stars at all.
Firstly they lost our email, but then called and arranged to come and measure for a very expensive curved bay curtain pole, plus 2 others. The appointment was for about a month later, but we decided to wait. On the morning of the appointment, 15 minutes after they should have been here I called to double check they were on their way. No - they couldn't be bothered. If you're thinking of using this company, please look elsewhere.

I am very pleased for my Markilux awnings installed by Osbourne Blinds company two weeks before. Geoff and Jennie did a professional job from model selection to installation and finally I got my big and beautiful awnings in my rear garden. Jennie & Geoff from Osbournes came to fit our Markilux blind today and did a fantastic and professional job of it. They took the old one down, which was not easy, fitted the new one and were done by 2.00pm
