Really good customer service in the shop, great price carpet and value for money, great communication on the fitting dates and times. Also, the fitters were amazing and really went out of there way to fit a challenging carpet. Really pleased with every step of the purchase and will be back again.

Firstly just wanted to say thank you to AJ for the amazing customer support provided. I was in a bit of a pickle because of another carpet company who took my money and never showed up on the day of the fitting. I had removed all the carpet and because of them being a no show, I had no carpet. I was very upset because upon ringing up that company, they said they wont make it until mid January. I then cancelled with that company and contacted The Carpet Stop who being as amazing as they are sorted getting my house carpeted and at such an amazing price. With the other company I was paying loads
