Not very impressed. Asked for a quote and can't fault the first impression. Very professional. Getting the quote however not so much. Over 2 weeks waiting and after phoning 3 times and promised call backs that never came I won't be using this company.

Avoid at all costs. Promised to come and price work didn't turn up after waiting for two week. I phoned and was told Ewan would call me back in five minutes. He did not . My phone was then met with no response. Most unprofessional company untrustworthy.

Euan and his team responded incredibly quickly to a leak in our middle floor bathroom. gabriel came round on time then assessed and diagnosed the problem day 1. he left, ordered the part and was back a day later to fit it. gabriel did a great job, kept me in the loop the whole time and left the room spotless. it's very impressive.
