Services
EPDM Roof Membranes
Our RubberCover EPDM membranes provide durable waterproofing solutions for flat roofs. Available in 1.14mm standard grade and 1.52mm premium grade, these membranes offer exceptional resistance to UV radiation, temperature fluctuations, and weathering. The material's 300% elongation capacity accommodates structural movements while maintaining watertight integrity. Supplied in large sheets for seamless installation, they reduce labour costs and eliminate the need for hot works. With a 50-year lifespan and 20-year warranty, these membranes represent a cost-effective, environmentally friendly solution for both new builds and roof renovations.
QuickTrim Edging
QuickTrim is a patented edge detailing system that accelerates flat roof installations by 50%. This pre-fabricated trim solution combines UV-resistant polystyrene profiles with integrated sealing technology to create watertight junctions. The system includes drip edge trims for gutter connections and check kerb systems for raised edges, all available in three standard colours. QuickTrim's foam-sealed corners eliminate water ingress risks while its lightweight construction simplifies handling. Designed for compatibility with all membrane types, it provides professional finishes without requiring specialist tools or skills.
QuickBond Adhesives
QuickBond offers two specialist adhesive solutions for EPDM installations. The water-based formula provides strong, flexible bonds for timber substrates, while the contact adhesive creates instant bonds on concrete, metal, and insulation surfaces. Both formulations meet VOC regulations and offer coverage rates up to 80m per 22L container. The system includes primers and seam tapes for detailing work, ensuring complete installation solutions. Available in multiple pack sizes, including aerosol formats for small repairs, these adhesives enable efficient application in various weather conditions without compromising bond strength.
Flexitec GRP Systems
Flexitec is a single-resin GRP system combining fibreglass reinforcement with rapid-curing technology. This seamless solution suits flat roofs, balconies, and walkways, achieving full cure in 60 minutes per coat. The system carries a BROOF(t4) fire rating and 20-year guarantee for trained installers. Its versatility extends to overlay applications on existing felt, asphalt, or PVC roofs, eliminating demolition requirements. The textured surface provides slip resistance while maintaining aesthetic appeal, making it ideal for both functional and visible installations requiring durable waterproofing.
Installation Training
Our approved installer training programme covers complete EPDM system application techniques. The one-day courses teach substrate preparation, membrane handling, adhesive application, and trim installation. Participants gain practical experience with all product ranges, including complex detailing scenarios. Training includes safety protocols, warranty compliance requirements, and best practice guidelines. Certified installers receive marketing support and access to technical resources, enhancing their professional credibility while ensuring work meets industry standards.
