Terrible service. Waited 6 weeks for lights I had paid for, constantly had to chase them for delivery. Finally receive them and they have the wrong power adapters, so almost useless. Ive had to install them and hoped I could get the correct power supplies to connect lateR
Ive given up trying from these guys after a week of calls and emails without any response. Shop elsewhere or prepare to be ripped off. Appalling customer service.

Excellent Company to deal with. Very helpful. Advice on equipment was spot on and once installed the setup was complicated but they were available and talked me through it.. Would strongly recommend if you need CCTV recording.

Excellent customer service , bought a dvr from them 6 years ago , still working perfectly until i erased settings for remote viewing, booked a service call and remote setup with alex, sorted in no time at a very reasonable cost,

Spycameracctv customer service is 100% . What they say is what they do ,my camera's stopped working they sent me paid returns postage paper work and explained to me what to do and ,Then in no time at all up graded my camera's with brand new ones and sent them back to me with in a wk !! . That's what l call Customer Service . Plus there is always some one at the end of a phone to help you if support is needed . Could not ask for more from this company .

Average. Customer service ..they try hard and are polite. I bought a wireless two cctv system..upgraded to a 1tb..(Gamut ) spent a fair bit on it...and despite calls for help, it's never worked right..and is therefore not used.
