I agree with all the excellent reviews I've read here on Google. Both Mike and Steve were reallly helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them - really personal, polite and helpful customer service. Mike was very happy to show me budget options (rather than steering me towards more expensive products!) and gave me clear explanations on all their different types of flooring. He also let me borrow proper decent-sized shop display samples so I could get a good idea of what the flooring would like in situ. This was in contrast to another well-known shop whose samples were the size of an A4 envelope

What a really great place! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, professional - really helpful. From the first time we stepped through the shop door to the amazing floor we now have in our home - I really highly recommend them. I can't say enough good things - really good product, really well fitted. Perfect!
