We've recently used the full planning and installation service from idesign interiors and we are delighted with the result. The kitchen looks amazing and is a practical and enjoyable space to be in. From the cabinets and doors to the worktop and the appliances, everything is extremely high quality and looks great.
Louise provided a lot of design advice throughout as well as a lot of patience as we finalised colours and played with the designs. Thankfully she also took full ownership of the job itself and organised all of the required tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and it was always easy

I personally would not recommend using Idesign. There’s a lot to be said for supporting local business but not in this instance.

By communicating with people verbally, rather than by email to discuss issues that have been caused through the whole process, I personally wouldn’t recommend using IDesign.
