Tried another plumber supplier first, but unable to ascertain which internals I needed for a ceramic tap. No such problems for George Jones. They dismantled the part in seconds and therefore knew which bit I needed. Got it back home and it was a perfect fit. Can't ask for more

Just fitted new innards to a defective close coupled cistern, all parts recommended by John at George Jones & Bros. I had some difficulty with the configuration and manufactures instructions but was put on the right path after a short telephone conversation. Fantastic customer service as always, I'll be coming to you first when I update my bathroom next year. We'll done guys.

We ordered an entirely new bathroom through George Jones & Bros earlier this year for fitting during summer 2021. The customer service, level of insight, and care were utterly perfect in every respect. Our entire order was received perfectly to schedule even with difficulties arising from Covid-19 and pandemic restrictions. The recommendations, advice, and ongoing support with our fitter during installation were outstanding, and every slight issue and unforeseen circumstance was dealt with quickly and professionally (e.g., we needed to order a few extra elements during installation, and there was

They were simply very helpful. I needed a replacement tap valve. The man I dealt with spend some time checking that he was giving me the correct replacement (out of over 50 variants). The replacement was a perfect fit, and it was a fair price. Great service.

Outstanding service. Very rare to find a business where people are so knowledgeable are so helpful. Would recommend unhesitatingly. Yes, you can possibly find the odd thing cheaper online but their expertise actually saved me money in that I got the right stuff first time. Jon Fenn provided me with help from beginning to end of our bathroom refurb. and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
