I spent a long time mulling over several quotes from different companies to do my re-roof, as it was a big job and a lot of money to spend so I wanted to get it right, after several years of patch jobs and bad workmanship by other people. In the end I chose Aire Valley Building and Roofing following recommendations from friends and knowing that they have reroofed several similar properties in my area so have significant experience. Bill was patient and responsive in answering lots of questions and adjusting the quote several times to cover all the work I required. I cant fault the team who did

Very rude chap obviously not interested in the offer of work....quoted 200 to reattach a single undamaged tile...got the job done 2 days later for 50 and they did an excellent job...get quotes before ringing these guys

Due to my own circumstances, I have not had any work done personally, however, i did ring Aire Valley Building & Roofing and ask for someone to come around to give me a quotation about a year ago. Bill was extremely helpful, identified a number of defects in the previous builder's workmanship and within a few days, provided me with quotations to carry out the repair work.

Used Airevalley to carry out a roof relay at my property. Was an akward job with a neighbour who didn't want to play ball with letting scaffolding go up. Bill was very helpful and took great ownership of the situation. The job was done to a very high standard, fair price & all above board with building control (Council certificate provided). The guys were on site for over a week as they worked around bad weather but never heard a single complaint and the workers were very friendly. Highly recommended & would happily use them again.
