Services
Metal Roofing
We install high-performance metal roofing and wall cladding systems that provide durable, fire-resistant solutions. These systems offer rapid installation, weather protection, and low maintenance costs. Ideal for commercial and industrial properties requiring long-lasting, cost-effective roofing with aesthetic appeal.
Polymeric Membrane
Our polymeric membrane installations deliver seamless waterproofing using synthetic polymers. This system offers fire resistance, adaptability to extreme weather, and minimal maintenance. Suitable for garages, balconies, and commercial buildings requiring durable, cost-effective flat roofing solutions.
Cold Liquid Waterproofing
We apply cold liquid waterproofing systems that create seamless, elastomeric membranes. This method ensures complete coverage, chemical resistance, and rapid curing. Ideal for complex flat roofs needing durable, low-risk waterproofing without heat application.
Box Gutter Refurbishment
Our gutter refurbishment service restores existing systems using WeatherFAST lining technology. This process enhances durability, prevents water damage, and maintains aesthetic appeal without full replacement, ensuring long-term functionality and safety.
Solar Panel Installation
We install solar panel systems that provide renewable energy solutions with 40-year lifespans. These systems reduce energy costs, require minimal maintenance, and contribute to environmental sustainability while adapting to various property types.

Vangaurd Roofing carried out work on a property next to mine. I was restoring my back yard after excavation work to repair a damage sewage pipe. Not only did Vangaurd manage to drop something (scoffolding ?) on the capping slabs on the boundry wall, breaking three, but they dumped a load of broken roof tiles over the wall onto the area I was restoring ! They initially offered to correct the problem, then after making numerous promises said they would not. Is this the sort of company you want carrying work on your property ?

The team at Vanguard especially Alex, Chris, Jay, Neville, Glen and Paul were awesome. They were friendly, professional and very helpful and gave us much needed advise. We had an earlier experience with a previous builder who was good when he started but as time progresses he was very disappointing. He did the work shabbily and left a lot of bits unfinished.. he cost us a lot of time and money. We were even more frustrated and disappointed when he gave us a massive quote for the extension roof and feature wall. His quote was so expensive he must have misread our address for some exclusive area

Exceptional service from Vanguard following significant damage to 3 nr roofs due to severe weather. The quality of work was outstanding carried out by professional and extremely competent team of fitters. Nothing was too much trouble on what turned out to be a far more complex installation that original planned. A highly recommended firm.

I would appreciate your workmen NOT smoking cannabis while working on my flat roof...! It stinks and I have got kids in the house that were asking me what the smell was... extremely unprofessional!
