Augustus Brandt

At Augustus Brandt, we specialise in curating antiques and creating bespoke furniture that harmonises historical charm with contemporary design. Established in the market town of Petworth, our shop offers a meticulously sourced collection of period antiques, statement pieces, and unique home accessories. Our expertise lies in blending 18th-century furniture, Scandinavian designs, and mid-century British and European pieces to create balanced interiors. The AB Collection, our bespoke range of tables, seating, and lighting, prioritises craftsmanship, sustainable materials, and timeless aesthetics. We serve both local and international clients, combining independent retail values with global reach.

Our team collaborates with interior designers and trade professionals, offering customisation options and exclusive catalogues. Located in Clifford House, Market Square, we provide a personalised shopping experience with brands like Linley and Trudon alongside works by renowned artists. Our commitment to quality ensures every piece meets exacting standards, reflecting our philosophy of 'buy once, buy well'. With over a decade of experience in the antiques and design sector, we maintain rigorous sourcing practices to deliver exceptional value. Our approach balances tradition with innovation, ensuring clients find items that complement their individual style while preserving historical integrity.
