The shop personnel were very helpful. But after delivery the tiler noticed 2 boxes of tiles were broken. One box could be used by the tiler, as the breakage was in a corner. The other box was broken more seriously and unusable. No replacement was available and no refund was offered. Not very good after sales service. Be careful, if there are breakages, not that the customer can control that?

We found the assistant so very helpful! He even let us take a sample book away so we could check colours against our new sofa! Needless to say we will be ordering our new carpet here!
