Unfortunately, I cannot leave a zero star rating. I paid this company £160.00 to supply a carpet. When my fitter collected it the carpet had been badly stored and not rolled up properly. When my fitter noticed some damage to the backing he was able to patch it professionally heat sealing it. However today I noticed in the sunlight a fault in the pile. I messaged this company and sent pictures. The fault runs the entire 4 metre width of the carpet. This company never once apologised or offered to take a look at it. In fact I think he was quite obnoctious about it. I have now wasted £160.00 plus
