Matthew carried out a building survey on our 3bed semi detached house. It was our first property so we were cautious about the purchase but Matthew provided a detailed report and was very patient and professional at answering our questions where we could not understand some of the complex matters relating to the state of the property. Excellent service, fast response and great experience. I was really impressed by the service provided from start to finish. The agent gave me a call to arrange the visit, she was really flexible and she managed to book the visit when I was less busy at work. The surveyor was a guy called Salvatore, he was really friendly and professional. He made sure all the COVID 19 standard operating procedures were followed and he took the time to explain the whole process in details. At the end he also took time to answer all my questions which I really appreciated. The valuation was done within the window
