Discount Plans Ltd has been sincere and honest dealing with our request to prepare for our loft conversion and kitchen extension. We found the cost to be reasonable compared to other competitors. We were given good and clear advice and they dealt with the planning process efficiently. Drawings were completed within two weeks as they said it would and no amendments were required from planning department. I definitely recommend Discount Plans for your building projects.

I have been using discount plans for many years now and there are many reasons why. Firstly, no job is too small or too big. They are always forthcoming with ideas to help improve on my plans to make them work. Every planning application discount plans have submitted on my behalf have always past. Any issues that may arise are dealt with with swiftly. I have used other architects in the past prior to meeting John and there is no comparison in the service that his company has provided me. An exceptional design service at an affordable price Discount Plans ltd know the ins and outs of obtaining planning permission others have failed on. We commissioned John from DPL and from the very beginning received the most detailed information on the GPDO guidelines from a 20 minute phone conversation. High quality BUILDING REGULATION drawings were produced within two weeks of appointment. All submitted to the local authority for review. Surprisingly the case officer knew Mr Domenech, she reassured me that we were in safe hands as she and other staff members handle applications on a weekly basis
